• Communicate regarding services
• Receive invoices
• Submit payments

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized account use

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other approved processors.

By submitting payment information, you authorize charges for approved services and invoices.

Late payments may result in:

• Service delays
• Additional fees
• Suspension of account access

Submission of a work order does not guarantee immediate acceptance or completion.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Weather
• Vendor availability
• Material shortages
• Property access
• Emergencies

You agree not to:

• Use the platform unlawfully
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Submit false or misleading information

All website content, branding, logos, software, and materials are the property of Monkey Service Co unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey Service Co shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Services and the website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monkey Service Co from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Unauthorized activities conducted through your account

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for:

• Nonpayment
• Security concerns

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
