Most HVAC companies charge a "diagnostic fee" just to show up, then pile on parts and labor. We don't play that game. $350 covers it all — and you know the number before we ever pull in the driveway. (Appliance repairs are priced separately — ask when you book.)
What's the catch?
The flat rate covers the vast majority of HVAC repairs. These rare situations don't — and we'd rather tell you up front than at the door.
A full duct re-do is a different scope of work than a repair. We'll quote it fairly and show you exactly what's getting done.
We repair — we don't push equipment sales like the big shops. But if your unit is truly past saving, our replacement quote is typically thousands less than the competition.
If another company has already diagnosed a $3,500 compressor, we can't come behind them and replace it for $350. Call us first — that's how we keep the flat rate honest for everyone.
